We provide empirical environments—including immersive simulations and telemetry datasets—that enable researchers to study high-stakes decision-making in real time, drastically accelerating curriculum evolution and grounding pedagogical theory in an immediate, real-world context.

We translate academic research and data analytics into organizational resilience, analyzing complex corporate and behavioral data to develop continuous Leadership Refactoring frameworks. This equips HR leaders with scientifically validated methods to guide agile, hybrid workforces of humans and autonomous agents.

We investigate cognitive engagement by developing Immersive Experiential Learning (IEL) environments.
